Golden Hammocks Warranty & Return Policy

All our products are warrantied against defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. If you feel your Golden Hammocks product has a defect please contact us immediately at support@goldenhammocks.com and explain the problem you are having . We will replace any defective part within the 12 month period.

If you have purchased one of our products and you are not fully satisfied please contact us immediately, at support@goldenhammocks.com. We will do our utmost to resolve your issue. If we cannot satisfy you we will refund your purchase price providing you return the product to us within 14 days in new condition.
